1. I REQUIRE THE PERSONALISED ITEM BY A CERTAIN DAY, IS IT POSSIBLE TO ENSURE I RECEIVE IT BY THEN?

All of our items have lead times in their item description to give you an estimate of how long processing and personalisation takes. 

Please bear this in mind when ordering last minute. It is best to contact us to let us know you require your item by a certain date as we may be able to process your order quicker. 

Generally Personalised A4 Prints are designed and proof images are sent to the email address you entered on checkout within 2 working days. Once the proof image has been approved, we will proceed to printing and dispatching. 

Other Engraved, Printed, Selected Mugs, Candles, Cards, Notebooks & Chocolate Bars are dispatched within 1-3 working days.

The majority of ceramic items and glasswear are dispatched within 3-5 working days.

All of our items are dispatched using Royal Mail and are by UK Standard Delivery. Please allow 1-3 working days to receive as outlined on Royal Mail's website. 

 

2. ARE YOU ABLE TO CREATE A TYPOGRAPHY WORD A4 PRINT OF ANY CUSTOM SHAPE? E.G. A TEAPOT. IF SO WHAT WILL IT COST?

Yes we are normally able to create a typography design of any chosen custom shape. It is always best to check the team are able to do it by dropping us a message. We love a challenge and love new ideas! 

The price for an A4 Custom Shape print will be £9.99. A custom shape can be purchased here.

 

3. CAN I PLACE MY ORDER OVER THE PHONE?

Unfortunately we cannot take orders by phone; all orders should be placed online.

 

4. HOW MUCH IS STANDARD UK DELIVERY? 

Standard UK Delivery is £2.95 and you pay only the £2.95 regardless of the quantity ordered. 

 

5. HOW MUCH IS INTERNATIONAL STANDARD DELIVERY?

Please contact us for a quote to your international destination. Delivery times and charges vary depending on the destination country and the items ordered.

 

6. I HAVE APPROVED THE PROOF IMAGE SENT TO ME BY YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM, WILL IT BE DISPATCHED TODAY?

If you have approved the proof image before 12pm (Midday Noon) Monday-Friday then your order will be dispatched the same day via UK Standard Delivery Royal Mail.

 

7. WILL I RECEIVE CONFIRMATION THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN SUCCESSFUL AND ON ITS WAY TO ME?

Once you have successfully submitted your order, you will receive an automated email confirming your order details. Your order will then be processed by our team and depending on what you have ordered you may receive a proof design of your order or you'll receive a dispatch confirmation email when your order is dispatched for delivery.

 

8. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ORDER HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED?

If your order has not been delivered within the timescales for your destination, please Contact Us. Please include your order number within your message as this will help us speed up the process.

 

9. WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I HAVE RECEIVED A FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEM IN MY ORDER?

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item in your order, please Contact Us with details of the error. Please remember to include your order number within your message and we'll be able to investigate further and resolve the problem. The item may have to be returned to us for inspection.  

 

10. WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY FOR NON PERSONALISED ITEMS?

Should you wish to return your item please notify us in writing within 14 days of receving the item by filling out the Contact Us Form with the subject of the email entitled "Returns". We are not obliged to accept returns that are not notified in advance to us or that are notified to us later than 14 days from receipt of item.

The item should then be returned within 14 days and should be sufficiently packaged for transit using the original or equivalent packaging.  The item must be returned in re-saleable condition in order for a refund to be issued.  It is recommended that you use a tracked method of postage so that you have proof of returning the item.  We cannot issue refunds for return items that are lost in transit without proof of sending, or are damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging. 

Please note that the refund will not include return postage, the cost of which is incurred by the buyer.  Where an item is deemed faulty on receipt, return postage costs will also be refunded (evidence will be required).

Refunds are usually processed as the return item is received, but in accordance with Consumer Rights regulations will be made no later than 14 days of receiving the returned item.

 

11. WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY FOR PERSONALISED ITEMS?

In accordance with the Consumer Regulations personalised items/prints are non-cancellable/non-refundable although refunds/replacement will still apply for damage caused in transit. It may be neccessary for the damaged item to be sent back to us and if this is the case. If your order has been damaged please Contact Us.

 

12. WHERE DO I ENTER MY DISCOUNT CODE?

When placing an order with Berry Unique, add the items you wish to purchase to your basket. At the checkout stage in your basket enter your discount code within the discount code box found on the page. Click the 'Redeem' button and the relevant discount will be applied to your order.

 

13. CAN I ENTER MORE THAN ONE DISCOUNT CODE?

You can only use one discount code at a time. If you enter more than one code, only the last code you enter will be applied to your order.

 

14. WHAT IS YOUR LAST ORDER DATE FOR GUARANTEED DELIVERY IN TIME FOR CHRISTMAS?

 The last order date for christmas orders is MONDAY 14TH DECEMBER 2015 using second class economy service.

Any orders placed after this date 14.12.2015 are not guaranteed to arrive in time for christmas.
